The new FINLEX Data Bank is an information system available free-of-charge on the Internet, with the Internet address www.finlex.net. A new user interface with direct links to documents in English will be opened in September 2002.
ELKI is a link database which covers public Internet resources from various fields of knowledge concentrating on political and legal resources, public administration and the European Union.
